This model has an issue with 5G wifi connections, it is much slower than a 2.4Ghz. Lenovo has no fix for it.

Seemed like a pretty good tablet/Chromebook. It was my first Chromebook so I don't have anything to compare it to. Unfortunately, mine came with a USB-C port that couldn't sustain a good connection. While the charger was attached it would alternate between charging and discharging. The audio through the USB-C dongle would also cut in and out. I returned the next day.

Not happy with it at all. I cant load the protection that came with it & it wont accept my wifi printer. I had it a while before opening it up then realized it only had a 14 day return window. Wont be buying anything again with this type of return policy.

As with all Chromebooks, this Lenovo Chromebook Duet, model number ZA6F0016US, has virus protection automatically provided for it by the Google Server. But even though Chrome OS is immune to most malware due to built-in security features, your Chromebook is still not 100% safe and Chrome OS users remain vulnerable to other cyberattacks. You want to be sure that the virus protection software you add it compatible with the Chrome OS. Here is a link to more information: https://www.safetydetectives.com/blog/does-chromebook-need-antivirus/#:~:text=Do%20Chromebooks%20need%20an%20antivirus,Fake%20Chrome%20extensions. Regarding installing your printer, this Lenovo Chromebook Duet is compatible with any printer that is compatible with the Chrome OS. We recommend you check with your printer manufacturer's web site for the compatibility and requirements for connecting your specific model printer to a Chromebook. Here is a link to instructions for connecting a compatible printer to a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7225252?hl=en. I do not write bad reviews but I have never had such a bad experience with a new product. If you are wanting a device to watch videos or play games on I don't recommend. This device drops wifi all the time and with multiple apps. Can't stream tv apps, peleton app, and won't even load some gaming apps that our other devices don't even struggle with. If this is what you want from a tablet I would not recommend this product.

The magnets in the back of mine were misaligned so the cover would not attach to the back. Will have to return and wait on another one. I'm not so sure best buy isn't the "GameStop" of consumer electronics...resealing other retailers returns and then selling for a small discounted price as new. I hate best buy but this is the only place that had these in stock.

This is a nice device but not good for kids. Does not have any kind of case to protect it from small accidental drops. My kid cracked the screen the first week we had it. I tried to get screen fixed and they said it’s cheaper to buy a new device.

I'm bringing it back to store to see if someone can help print pdf files, or see if they can be converted . I've tried everything. If geek squad in Maplewood can't figure it out (Duluth couldn't) , then I will have to get something else through warrenty... I'm very upset.

Hardware and Chrome OS certainly worked well enough for the money (!), but the keyboard/case combination was lacking. The kickstand is very difficult to utilize, especially for younger users. The keyboard is loosely attached and ours ceased functioning entirely. Will be returning.
