Customers regard the IdeaPad Duet Chromebook favorably, particularly praising its ease of use, included keyboard, and excellent battery life. The device's value for the price and compact size are also frequently cited as positive aspects. While some users mention limitations in the amount of RAM and the sound quality of the speakers, the overall user experience appears to be quite positive.

The Lenovo Chromebook Duet, model number ZA6F0016US, ships with a 10.1-Inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS FHD (1920 x 1200) screen with a brightness level of 400 nits. If your screen is less bright than expected, be sure Auto-Brightness is turned off. To do that on a Chromebook, the setting you're looking for is in Chrome. Open chrome and type the following into the address bar chrome://flags/#auto-screen-brightness. From there you can change the setting from Default to Disabled. This should disable the auto-brightness. If the screen brightness does not improve, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378.

Too many negatives

Even with the low price, there is too many negatives to ignore. The screen is highly reflective and too small. The keyboard is too small to get work done. The processor slows down during basic tasks. You're better off getting a normal chromebook with a Celeron 4000 chip.

This sleek and light 2-in-1 Chromebook switches from business to fun as easily as it switches from laptop to tablet mode. Simply detach the plug-and-play keyboard, and you have an ultraportable 10.1-inch tablet ready to entertain you. In laptop mode, the typical size of laptop keyboard is comfortable and responsive, while the 400 nits FHD display is visually appealing in either mode. Enjoy thousands of apps from Google Play Store, superfast boot-up, more than 8 years of automatic updates, and USI stylus support. Get creative. Or get busy.

It's an alright value, but annoying. I don't think I'll like these tablets with the keyboard covers. It's annoying to try to keep balanced on my lap. I've returned it.

What should have been a great tablet/chromebook was ruined by a weak Mediatek chip. There's so much lag that I only use this for my kid's youtube videos when we're on the go and still have my 4 year old Chromebook for my kid's online class. Also if you buy this don't buy their USI pens because they use AAAA (no I didn't accidently add another A) and the pen is even worse than the chromebook.

A good screen. Maybe good to watch video or small Zoom groups. Processor is inadequate even to process video at times. Keyboard is tiny. Back case flap is almost useless.
For the money buy an 11.6 inch chromebook instead.

How are you going to send an open box model that is purported to be in excellent condition to someone without trying to turn it on. you checked to see if all the items were in the box, but not if it turned on? it should have been in an RMA pile somewhere, not in a resale pile. fix this, for god's sake. pathetic.

This waaas great. I bought this when it first came out in May of 2020. It's now November 2021 and the wifi doesn't connect. It sees it, password goes in and connects but there is no internet found. I have tried multiple ways of connecting to different wifi Routers/hot spots and all don't work I am just outside of warranty and now out of luck. I have seen on the Lenovo fourms many are having the same issue.
