When the keyboard and tablet are joined Chrome OS switches from tablet mode to desktop/pc mode. This device easily hooks up to a monitor to become a desktop computer with dual monitor capability. Performance Is crisp. For $299.00 you can go wrong with this as a second on the go device

Bought it for my mom to watch her shows and now she can't live with it. The detachable is useful when typing is needed, and the built-in (once again, detachable) kickstand is pretty great too. Speed is surprisingly better than expected, but that may be due to chrome os. Overall, a great little utilitarian machine. It charges quickly (with the right charger) and goes all day.

Compact, easy to set up and use, case and keyboard included is a total plus.

Fortunately, I was able to grab one of these. I wanted a good Chromebook tablet to use for Bible Study, reading Kindle books, YouTube, web surfing, etc. I couldn't be happier. Great screen, lightweight, snappy performance (once it gets settled after being off overnight!)

The Lenovo pad is an excellent gift for a student who needs to have a laptop feel but with the streamlining of a tablet. Not bulky and the case and keyboard are just perfect. The keyboard comes detached from the table very easily. It a very versatile tablet. The screen is clear and the storage space at 126G gives a student plenty to work with and store away.

Nice machine. Fast and capable. Not good to hold in your lap as the keyboard doesn't fit that tightly. I have an ipad of similar size, and while the ipad screen is better, the price of this one is certainly better, and if I had to pick one over the other, all things being equal except price, I'd get the Lenovo.

This chromebook is amazing for the price and what you get. The keyboard works great and attaches with a nice snap sound. The mousepad is good enough for browsing but I would buy a separate mouse if you plan to game with Stadia or connect a Bluetooth controller. This is my first chromebook and everything seems to be pretty good I'm enjoying it.

So far, I love it. I have been using my daughter's chrome book to check emails quickly (not a fan of reading and responding on my phone). I was just looking for something reasonably priced that turn on quickly and check emails. Also wanted it to do other things as well, which it does. My laptop would take 15 min to turn on. Very convenient and portable and fast. My wife wants one of her own.

The quality is good and the speed on surfing internet just as good as my surface pro 4 and surface pro 5 ( both wit 8 GB memory and 128 GB SSD). The better is good for around 10 hours (just had it yesterday and can’t provide an accurate number). Can view my MS office files without problem, the complaint is only having one USB C. It is not a big deal and will buy an USB C hub.

great starter chromebook, i added a Bluethoot mouse (recomended) display is sharp but too little for old folks with bad vision. , excellent battery life, some android apps could not be installed in chromeboks, but that;s ok for me. excellent value for a powerfull chromebook

Good laptop for what I need one for. Easy to use and lightweight.

Really great compact laptop. Chrome OS has matured a lot in the last couple of years and this is a great device. Screen is bright (really bright actually), keyboard folio is a bit cramped but has nice key travel. Speakers aren't very loud, but adequate and battery life is AMAZING. Best battery life I've seen on any kind of a 2 in 1, laptop device. It's a superb value too.

It's a good working tablet. I recommend it for everyone.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter as a replacement tablet. She enjoys using this one now. It has great battery life, is really fast, and there is a lot of storage space. The camera works pretty good too when we used it outdoors at a pool party. She mostly plays games, but I love how there is a keyboard and case/stand sort of thing. I almost want to buy another one for myself.

Perfect replacement for kids' old tablets. Keyboard makes it a hybrid laptop, and the kids know the OS from using chromebooks at school. Everything seems more than adequate (screen size, resolution, OS and apps are snappy) and the build quality seems great for the price. 128 GB is plenty of space for all the kids' favorite movies on road trips.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I can do everything I did on a Windows machine on my Duet. As a writer, I love the portability and long battery life. This tablet is also great for reading saving your eyes from squinting at your cell phone. I would definitely buy this Chromebook again.

It is great for the money BUT beware that not all the android apps work well and some of the websites (when on chromebook mode) do not work well (as in the page will be cutoff since it does not fit on the screen). All in all, i think it is good (not great) for the price since it also comes with a keyboard and cover.
