Reviews seem fake to me. I bought this thinking all the things I'd read online were accurate. I could not have been more wrong. The first MAJOR issue is the keyboard. Terrible key travel. Attaches via a flimsy piece of fabric. Feels like the cheapest of cheap keyboards out there. Then the sound, ABYSMAL. Trying to watch a movie on this was like listening to dialogue filtered through two tin cans attached to a string. Barely audible, nothing but mids and high range, NOPE. On to the device itself, severely under-powered. Low RAM, mediatek SoC is pretty gruesome at handling even basic tasks beyond simple email. Even multiple browser tabs severely slowed it down. Claims to support android apps from play store, yet 1/2 of the apps I threw at it failed pretty hard. Display is meh. They sure talked it up in reviews, but almost every mid-level tablet and above pushes more pixels at a better spectrum than this. Chrome OS still feels half baked. On and on. Avoid this and spend a few more bucks and get a decent galaxy tab or something. This felt like a childrens toy in my hands.

Great little device. If in market for a tablet this is a great options. Can be used as tablet or basic chromebook. Best of both worlds. Great for work or play. Apps seem to run smoothly from Google play store or just access things directly from the web. Great value! Wanted to buy another recently but just missed the sale. I'll be watching out for it Best Buy.

I’m really loving this tablet. The pricing is right and I love that the keyboard is included. The keyboard works perfectly. I can read my Kindle books and magazines on it. I can do whatever is needed on it like on my laptop. I can’t do everything on it like a PC, but I can do enough. Very satisfied with it.

I use the Lenovo at work to chart on my patients. It’s compact and lightweight, perfect for travel from one room to another. I have had no problems thus far. Connection to hospital WiFi is actually better than the laptops provided. If I could add one thing, it would be a backlit keyboard.

This is a no brainier for me. Buy this! Getv128 gb one ideally. Only downside is no headphone jack. But there is little in budget tablet space these days besides fire, which is too limiting. This has weak processor but doesn't need much to run a browser. It won't have the b specs of stab 7 or iPad buts it's a third of the office accounting for accessories

I received the lenovo Chromebook Duet for Christmas. I've use it now for approximately 6 days. I originally had a samsung tablet and used a larger laptop for bigger jobs. I really like this cross between a laptop and a tablet. I still have much to learn on how to operate it, though. It has functions similar to a tablet and some similar to a laptop. The 4 GB of Ram and a 128 GB SSD makes turns this crossover into a powerful tablet. It's small footprint makes it super portable while maintaining many of the features of a larger laptop. The only change I would like to see is an on-screen button that allows you to change from laptop configuration to a table configuration. As it stands, you have to go into setup and manually change the orientation of the screen and to turn on the on-screen keyboard. Otherwise, I am impressed with the quality and functionality of this device at a price that matches or beats other name brand tablets.

Excellent chromebook for the price Lennovo is known for above average quality in products and there ability to bring previous high end only to features to devices at a price point way below most current other devices with similar specs and features new features iproducts at at mid level prices throughout out it but does decent amount of storage kinda takes getting used to as far as using it cause its very similar to other android devices and tablets but the subtle differences get aggravating trying to figure them out as theres little step by step help in getting you used to operating a chromebook also was disappointed to find out several apps i use on my android phone were not available or did not support use on the chromebook making it even more frustrating is you dont really find this out or whch apps it affects tell you own it so be ready to be flexible as i think as time goes on thes bugs and issues wil be solve and therefore is more of a software problem not a Lenovos so they get 5 stars only real mentionable issue with this chromebook is the short 6-8 hours of continuous use before battery life dwindles which rather disappointing but reall the only major issue i have had

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Duet Chromebook. This sleek and light 2-in-1 Chromebook switches from business to fun as easily as it switches from laptop to tablet mode. Simply detach the plug-and-play keyboard, and you have an ultraportable 10.1-Inch tablet ready to entertain you. In laptop mode, the typical size of laptop keyboard is comfortable and responsive, while the 400 nits FHD display is visually appealing in either mode. Enjoy thousands of apps from Google Play Store, superfast boot-up, more than 8 years of automatic updates, and USI stylus support. Get creative. Or get busy. Lenovo

I’ve owned Chromebooks before, and never had any issues. Well, besides the limited support, maybe 5-6 years. Some may also have concerns about Google collecting your information. I went into the store to pick up another Chromebook. Wasn’t sure what I wanted, didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This Duet was actually my last choice. My concerns were the small screen and keyboard. What swayed me was the sharp screen, with more resolution. Found out the screen and keyboard were not a big deal. Very portable, and snappy little machine. It only has a type-C USB, so keep that in mind. You can also hook it up to a monitor, but I haven’t tried that yet. Battery life lasts long enough for me, not a heavy user. Be sure to update to current Chrome version. It’s not automatic when you boot it up. This may not be for everyone, so best to go in store to try it out. I wish the price was just a tad less though. They say bigger is better, but I’m happy enough.

First time to ever have a chromebook and I must say everything about Lenovo chromebook duet is impresive! I'm happy to get an elegant complete package for a cheap price! It came with back cover that allows for convenient viewing. It came with a useful keyboard that transforms your tablet into an expensive-looking laptop. It is perfect for daily use for reading emails, browsing and watching videos. It is fast with a really responsive screen especially when using convenient gestures. The sound does not disappoint and it is so easy to connect bluetooth audio. The screen allows for clear image viewing when watching movies. I will definitely recommend the Lenovo chromebook duet! I am so happy to own a really elegant, efficient machine for a cheap price. Thank you, Lenovo!

Ok, after using for a month here is my take on this(I got it new for 230 with tax) and I use it most for browsing. This is a chromebook(not a android tablet) do not use as a android tablet. Android apps are simply not designed/optimized to run on a chromebook and you will not get best user experience. Think of it as a laptop and open anything you want in a browser. Screen is bright(colors are great but not as vibrant/rich as highend tablets - but this cost 230$ so ignore). It gets heavy with the keyboard and magnetic back(but I did not mind it). Excellent hardware with not so excellent software. It will get the job done as mentioned in the specs. It is the chrome OS to blame not to have best User Experience. There is a lenovo USI pen recently released which makes the user experience much better(costs 40$). Just go ahead and get it(weather you use it or not) you will start using it more often and it makes User Experience better. Price is subjective. This a value buy.

It's a great portable device! Can pretty much take it anywhere to do whatever. The Cons and the reason for 4 Stars is that 1 USB C port isn't enough. Luckily I've already have a USB C 5 in 1 Hub on hand so I can plug in say SD Card or USB A Flash Drive. And the USB C to USB A cable that it comes with for charging is too short. Especially if you're working on something or having a Google Meet session and you need to charge the Duet. You're relegated to sit on the floor next to a wall outlet to charge and do your work from there. So I've ordered a 10 ft. cable to counteract this problem. But overall, I have no problems with it so far and for the price.... you can't beat it!
