It is GREAT!! However, the screen is much smaller than we anticipated. Yes, we read that it is a 10.1" tablet. We figured it was slightly smaller than the regular iPad which is around 11". Every time we went to Best Buy to look at it, it was never out so we just ordered it. The magnetic covers are phenomenal, however, the kickstand on the screen's cover does require a 2-hand operation. It converts from "computer" mode to "tablet" mode by simply disconnecting the screen from the cover, which is nice. Zoom - I feel that in today's world, a computer absolutely has to work with Zoom. I tried hosting a meeting the other day on it and I wasn't able to. However, I was able to join other Zooms with no problem. (I'm a teacher so I have mastered Chromebooks and Zoom and I just wasn't able to get it to work!). So, why did we buy it? Mainly for my wife to have a convenient computer to check bank stuff and for her to cast video to the TV with our Google Chromecast for the children. Finally, seeing our oldest is entering Kindergarten and the next child is 2 yrs younger, as long as the younger one can use it in a couple of years, we will be happy with this product! So far, it's a nice little computer, with emphasis on the LITTLE. :)

overall quite happy with this device. I use it primarily for news, email and media consumption in tablet mode. Performance for these apps like Outlook and YouTube is quite good, screen is great and sound quality pretty close to my old iPad. I have had it crash a few times so hopefully that will lessen over time. Well made and well done Lenovo.

When I bought this, I didn't know much about Chromebooks but expected a much different experience from my previous Android tablets, so I was quite surprised and very pleased when I saw how compatible it is with Android apps. With the keyboard attached it acts like a laptop with the Chrome browser but also other apps available, and with the keyboard removed it is simply a 10" Android tablet! The level of compatibility with my favorite Android apps is surprising, since most of them were written with no special considerations for a device like this. In fact, I have an app that I wrote on the Play store, and I last updated it before Chromebooks even existed; it runs beautifully! When browsing the web and for sites where I want to enter comments and so forth, the keyboard is so much more convenient than using an on-screen keyboard. It is a little difficult to type fast on since it is restricted by the size of the device, but it still works as well as I need it to, even if using hunt-and-peck. There are still some compatibility issues, mainly with the more complex apps. For example, I've found it much better to access Facebook through the browser than using the FB app. Also the Accuweather app has problems. But these are small issues for me. In summary, this cool little device has exceeded my expectations in usefulness and I can safely put away my old Android tablet for good.

I needed something smaller than the 15.6 laptop I've been carrying to and from work everyday. I like having the bigger screen and feature but don't need them every day and this is the perfect replacement for that. Does everything I need it to, converts to a tablet when that is easier and is just a solid all around device that should cost at least $200 more. Would definitely buy again.

Great little budget device as long as you know what you're getting into. I mainly use it as a companion device for studying, but also to mirror off of a desktop, so it's a very capable device when it comes down to it.

I just received this for Father's Day yesterday, so I may have to adjust my review later as I have not used it that much so far. However, for the designed purpose, it is almost perfect, especially for the $/features. If you don't expect this to replace a laptop, you won't be disappointed. It would have been nice to have had a microSD card slot, but you can just get a USBC hub for same.

This Lenovo Duet threads the needle very well between laptop and tablet. It's probably the best Chrome tablet on the market today. Very easy to use, perfect size. Pretty responsive, great screen. Wish there were better accessories that would accommodate the keyboard while protecting the device. Would buy again.

Used this for many reasons but it’s great to what my movies !

Lightweight, versatile and easy to use. If you are not a "super tech" person and want a tablet that performs all basic functions -- this should be your choice. Easy enough for youngsters to use but with wonderful color and graphics that will satisfy any adult. The addition of the keyboard makes it extremely versatile. I have had mine for about a month and I recommend it highly.

Great chrome book fast and easy to carry and put around

Great for an android user like me. Having access to a full blown chrome browser was essential since I heavily rely on adblockers. However, RAM is low and processor isn't that fast which can cause noticeable slowdowns. But having a full blown chrome browser makes up for this.

After years of searching for a non-iPad tablet, Lenovo delivered! You don't get a flagship processor, but you get a great screen, pleasing design, and tremendous value out of this device! No extra cost for the keyboard!! It's my perfect couch companion. My only complain would be the lack of headphone jack...This is a tablet and it should have enough internal space to have one.

This Chromebook is the perfect tablet/computer combo for the price. If your looking for basic computer functionality and light weight tablet in one, this is it! Chromebook as a tablet is not the same as Android tablets, but it is close enough. At $250+/- you get dual functionality for less than a typical Android tablet alone. WOW!!! THANKS LENOVO! I'M A FAN!

This laptop hasn't done anything wrong. It just also has nothing worth writing home about. We have had this laptop about 2 years now and we are honestly replacing it soon. We use our laptops for very little but this guy is just slow.
