Great Device, but Fragile

Apart from that however- it was a great device, and he really enjoyed it. It was super-fast, and everything that he needed for school. I really wish that there were more options that were easily available that protected the device better.

They told me to exchange with BestBuy. The second one works great, no issues. I use this more in tablet mode. Keyboard is usable, trackpad small and takes some time to get used to. I traded in old iPad to purchase this and do not regret it.
