I'm returning my Duet today to Best Buy. The screen on mine is defective. Black bars show up on the left side of the screen when I wake it from sleep. They eventually go away after a few seconds or minutes but that sort of hardware problem only gets worse, not better. Some other caveats: This machines struggles with multipoint bluetooth. This won't matter to most people, but I have Jabra Elite 75ts and I always had to forcibly reconnect the earbuds to get the chromebook to switch over to bluetooth audio. It's also a bit slow in registering touches/taps at times. I frequently would have to touch or tap or swipe multiple times in order to get the action to register. This is unacceptable, imo. On the whole, I really liked this thing for the price, but Lenovo support options are terrible. My only option, besides returning the device, was to ship the device, at my expense, to Lenovo and wait 2+ weeks for them to repair it. There's no advance replacement option and the repair timeframe is dependent on parts availability, so I'd likely be waiting longer than the 9 business days plus shipping time. Given that, I actually might recommend getting an extended warranty through Best Buy. I usually don't recommend such things, but Lenovo support is terrible, so protect yourself.

It's not perfect for a $600 Chromebook but for $300 it's great! IMHO the Chromebook tablet experience leaves a lot to be desired but this tablet seems to make the most of it. I've all but abandoned my iPad so I can stay within the Google ecosystem and do not regret it. Good at gaming and the full desktop browser makes everything better. I'm happy I bought it and would do so again.

Got this to use instead of an android tablet since chrome OS gives a way longer update life. Unfortunately even with it being a great deal price wise I returned it. It is very compact and fits easily into a backpack for portability. Its just real heavy. I found myself not using the keyboard since I have a bigger chromebook I use for most things. So when I tried to find a case like an otterbox for it, well..... I couldn't. Don't expect anything super fantastic as far speed with this either. The biggest hiccup I had was it seemed as if the screen would not register taps. As in I would have to tap the screen multiple time for it to register. Over all I would recommend this for someone who is looking for a budget portable chromebook. It will do the trick. Just didn't fit the need I was looking for.

hands down the best chromebook! I have other chromebooks that cost more but can't do what this does.

My daughter needed for school Best choice, light weight , does the job

I purchased this to use in meetings and it has not disappointed. I did have to purchase an adapter for extra USB ports but I'm able to run my Zoom meetings without any issues. It's not as light as I'd like but not super heavy or a deal breaker. I've always used iPad's and this tablet definitely holds its own against an iPad.

Its a great computer, the only thing i dont like is the speakers you cant really hear.

No frills Chromebook with amazing price/performance radio. It's a near ideal travel device that take up little room in a bag. It is heavier than expected though. Not recommended for regular use as the processor is underwhelming and keyboard is not good for extended typing. Really wish this had a headphone jack but Bluetooth works fine.

Got on sale for $250. I am impressed by this product. Works without any issues. Kid loves it!

I purchase this item because i wanted a smaller portable tablet with a keyboard on the go. First off, i love the size. It comes with a detactable keyboard and also a cover/stand. The functions are very nice. The screen is very clean. Only one port for charging. Not a deal breaker. I use this for typing , youtube, and having my sports bets and games on another screen. I Love This Product. Major Bang for the Buck.

I work at the office two days a week and three days at home. I was taking my laptop back and forth, saw this on sale and thought I would give it a try. It is the perfect size for work and play. It was seamless to set up and it works fantastic. I definitely would recommend it and just wish I had purchased it sooner.

Overall I like the product. I like that you can use it with or without the keyboard. Sometimes the keyboard come detached if I have it on my lap while sitting on the sofa. I have two email accounts linked on the Gmail and the account that isn't a gmail is cumbersome to navigate. When I want to send an email from that account, it defaults to the gmail.
