Love this cromebook, easy use, the best on market....

Awesome. Useful. Inexpensive. Great Preformance!!!

The young man who assisted me was able to answer my questions, was patient, and very polite and helpful. Despite my purchase being a relatively inexpensive one, he gave me his full attention and help. Also, this Best Buy store has wonderful displays, is easy to navigate through, and an extensive selection.

Works well as a small tablet. Fast and included keyboard.

I love chrome OS and this is my third device that I have. I bought it to replace my Android tablet and it has worked out great for my needs. There is still some improvement that needs to be made for Android apps but it is getting better. It is an arm processor so using Linux on it is limited but everything else works great.

Perfect, My Fiance Love it!!! The only thing the only thing ,is we did not pay attention when we got it , and didn't realize till we got it home for a while that it did not have are USB Port . Just the New C-USB . It is exactly what she was looking for!

The only issue that I have had with the device is that occasionally it does not turn on.... fully charged, yes! Still will not turn on. If I take the back cover off it will turn on again which is extremely annoying. Something is off with the magnetic back and the actual device.

Lightweight and easy to use. My 7 year old loves it!

I loved this chromebook 2 in 1 and really thought it would be the ideal answer for me. However, my purpose was to replace my desk top and this just didn't do it for me. It was too small to enter a lot of data. I hated sending it back because it was truly unique!

Recently purchased this chromebook for our 8 year old daughter. She loves it. She is able to watch you tube videos and play games. She also uses it for remote learning with google classroom and email. Camera is also nice. So far...I am glad we purchased. Very good chromebook for the price. Would recommend.

Working exactly how, and for what we wanted it to.

Got this for my 12 yr old to do homework on. The keyboard broke not even a yr after purchase. Would not buy it again for that reason alone. Not as durable as other tablets.

I purchased this chrome book from best buy. I really like it. It has everything I need on it. It is easy to use. Best buy had a sale on it the day I bought it. It was a fantastic price. I received it two days after I bought it. Best buy provided wonderful customer service. I will buy from best buy again. Thank you

I'll start with, I love Chrome OS. It is by far the most user-friendly and intuitive OS for my uncomputery knowledge and needs. I haven't had a tablet in quite a while and I wanted to get my hands off my laptop and my phone. Bought this open box on sale and was utterly disappointed with Chrome in tablet form. I never even connected the keyboard as that is not what I bought it for. Alas, Chrome has a long ways to go if they want to be a tablet form factor. In short, I returned my Lenovo Duet and purchased a good old-fashioned Samsung Android tablet. No knock on this device in particular, but if you want a tablet this is not it. Stick with Android in that case.

Crisp screen, quick, super portable, great battery life. There’s not much more to ask for when it’s this good of value. ChromeOS seems slightly quirky sometimes, but no major complaints. The keyboard and track pad aren’t great, but it’s also included with the price of the chromebook. Get a mouse and you’ll be set.

The Lenovo is great! This 2 &1 device is simple and very easy to use. Most tablets charge extra for a keyboard and this tablet has one included. It’s great that you will get 8 years worth of updates. The sound is not that loud but if you use your personal headphones you will be ok. So definitely give this a try.

Would like to buy protection for electronic devices, this lenovo tablet HAS NO cover available con the store, I gave this product to my son, but kids NEED to have rubber protection or something in order to keep them in perfect condition.

Software is good, but hardware is fragile. I wanted to have a Chromebook for certain work scenarios where I had to make sure things were working in particular environments. within less than a month, a crack formed down the center of my screen. Good news - there's a way to turn off the touchpad (it was causing false inputs, making it virtually unusable until I found the work around.) But unfortunately, physical damage is not part of the warranty. Honestly, I don't know if I did something or not that caused this damage, but I've never had a problem with laptops or any other devices unless I've dropped them, and I never dropped this. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Overall, good value but has its drawbacks. When the case is attached, its a bit heavy for one hand use. Out of the case, it feels ok and the metal backing gives it a premium feel. Chrome OS has some bugs to work out but continues to get smoother. It runs Android well.

I have brought a total of 4 of these and by far one of the best tablets I've used. I needed to replace a aging Ipad mini, best banging for the buck when you compare to current Ipad offerings. And for stylus you have quite a few options to use with his chromebook
