Worked once then I coudnt log in. I was able to log in to Google and played with it for a few minutes. During the time I was able to use it, I notice that there was a bit of a lag opening web sites. The screen was good for the price but the unit was little heavier than I expected it to be. After a few times of trying to log back in again, I return the unit since I couldn't log in to the machine. I was very disappointed with the unit I had.

Got this for my daughter at Christmas. She likes it a lot since ckasses are held remotely due to COVID.. Purchased quick and easy at Best Buy Hagerstown MD, great service!!

Nice chromebook/tablet. Nothing super flashy about it. Nice screen and works well. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap tablet option.

I got this for my sister and she loves it the speaker’s are good enough but the chrome book isn’t very good at running android games

My 10 years old daughter love it! My concern was the display size, but once we receive it, I am sure it is a very nice size ! Great purchase for school purpose.

This was a gift for the grandson so he could do homework and still fit in a backpack. He loves it and hasn't broken it so all good as we speak!

This Laptop/tablet performs really well for the basic taks such as streaming videos or even going on the web. It has tons of features the only downside is no USB port.

This is really nice, but there is a learning curve. Very different from windows but getting the hang of it isn't too bad. I like it a lot and will get the best of it. Would buy again

It was a gift. Therefore, I will not complain. I’m not that computer literite. So it good for what I use it for.

I was always kind skeptical about chromebooks but after reading reviews from other people I have it a try and it is a great product and I’ve had no issues so far!

This is absolutely great. ChromeOS is very modern and can install any Android app. Doesn’t sync very well with my iPhone but that’s OK. Accessories that come in the box are top notch.

Works great. Small form factor and good for taking and keeping photos, especially for non-technical people.

I know that many people really like this thing, but, unfortunately, it didn't work for me. For the price of $249, you get a lot - the tablet, a keyboard, and a case. So it looks like a really good deal. But not always when you can, you should. Or to paraphrase it - when it is available and looks good, you should buy it. It is small, 10 inches. Since it is so small you don't really use it as a laptop. The keyboard is not bad, but it is very small to work comfortably. The screen is so small you don't really use all the multitasking benefits of the Chrome OS. Eventually, you end up using it as a tablet. But $249 for a tablet with a Full HD screen? A tablet that hypothetically is able to run Android apps but very often there are all sorts of issues with them? There are other options better and cheaper, like Samsung Tab A7 or Fire HD 10. Or even Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, which is frequently on sale for just $20 more. As a result, this device is a bad Chromebook (too small for doing anything serious on it) and a bad tablet (doesn't run Android apps very well and too expensive for what it offers). So if you really need a Chromebook it better to buy a full-sized 2-in-1. And if you need a tablet - there are many options better and cheaper.

I love this chromebook! It does what I need it for and I don’t have any complaints about it!

Keys on keyboard too close. Chromebook my first lots of nice features. May have been some touchscreen issues.

Great little computer with the only weakness being chrome OS. A lot of android apps don’t run correctly on chrome like they would in android.

Great for everyday use that comes with google play support which means you can download and run store apps. I bought this for the kids homeschooling which I'm very pleased.
