    This was a great machine until we had to send it in for repair, but they fixed it for free and it's good to go again!

    Good enough for browsing most of the time but does not keep pace with newer chromebooks. I wish I would've got a newer one but this'll do for now. It is not fast but it is certainly functional.

    Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I liked my old Samsung Chromebook, but it was getting old and the second battery had died. I was hoping to maintain or improve my experience, but this Chromebook is slower than my old one. And unfortunately, it has not trade in value. I'm writing this review for my "chance to win $400." (Then I would upgrade this review to 5 stars haha!)

    I didn’t have the Chromebook for long, after receiving it and using it for at most an hour I decided it’s not for me and boxed it back up to be returned, however, after using in minimally I did not like the keyboard, the keys are not smooth, I was not able to send files from one device to the next, the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to nearby devices, was not aware that you’re only able to use Google apps, I was coming from a MacBook and did not want to spend that money again which is why I bought the Chromebook, it clearly did not work out so I purchased a MacBook Pro the same day, never again for me
