slow performance and page refresh

I simply use this for Internet surfing and with a handful of windows open, it can't process the content and page refresh in a reasonable timeframe.

Your people are rude and made me cry. Regarding the product it was open box and i was told its was in excellent condition. It wasn't!! The right and left arrows don't work. It never got fixed even though i tried and it was for my daughter's school work. I would not recommend because your customers super is absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped working almost immediately.

We used it around dinner time, plugged it in to charge, and it would never turn on again. The charging light wouldn't come on, either. I'll never buy another Lenovo product again.
