    This is an amazing laptop that has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. The ONLY problem I had with it (hence the missing 5th star) is the “M” on the keyboard doesn’t feel right, and doesn’t make contact all of the time-which gets to be a bit annoying.

    Its an awesome laptop but after 3 years the latch that opens the laptop just broke when opening it and it made the touch screen crack and no longer work for touching. However the screen still works but only if placed against a wall. Not sure why the latch gave out.
