    Laptop worked well except for non-functioning USB. As a result had to turn in as exchange for a Dell also with a 1 TB hard drive. We had been disappointed with the keyboard design and are much happier with the Dell.

    I have never used a Lenovo, so a bit of schooling was needed. Works great as a tablet and laptop. BUT read the update fine line. Especially the BIOS update. I purchased the protection, so I was able to get it fixed with no problem, but if you didn't. :(
