Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son Xmas 22 he is a teenager and since then a lot of the keys on the keyboard have fallen off or stopped working went to Lenovo website which states their warranty is up to 3 yrs but surprise surprise it's only 1 yr which runs consecutively with the 1 yr warranty from Bestbuy. I did not buy this with the idea of having to buy a new one in less than 3 yrs

I already upgraded RAM to max at 32Gb, and added a 500Gb, 2.5" SSD. I only marked it down because the chassis and general construction feels like cheap plastic.
