Lenovo provides terrible service

In that 5 months, the computer has slowed down greatly, has blue screen of death regularly followed by diminished performance. I cannot remember the last time the fan has ran and it no longer gets very warm during operation. I have sent lenovo 2 tickets over this. First ticket they rejected without examination claiming it was a software issue. They did not respond to my contention of their dismissal. I sent a second ticket without any response. I recommend never buy a lenovo product because this is terrible service.

The specs on this computer are great for the sale price. But no standoff was provided for a separate m.2 2280 ssd. Also, and this is a big deal, the 135 W power supply is not sufficient for the laptop when playing any games. The battery quickly starts draining and the power supply gets very hot.

Don’t plan to game on it much but the video card is great for a laptop in this price point. You can upgrade the only spot this is lacking in RAM for less than $200.

She kept complaining how her battery would drop from 100% to 0% while plugged in and laptop would run extremely hot. Basically the charger cannot keep up with the battery discharge rate.. You will need to spend $70-100+ to get more powerful power cord, and at that point there are better options out there.. I will be returning this laptop next week once my GIGABYTE - G5 MD arrives. Shame on you IBM

Regarding the storage that comes with the device, this IdeaPad Gaming 3 15 ships with a 256GB (M.2 2242 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe) SSD. Should you decide to upgrade the storage in your IdeaPad Gaming 3, this model accommodates up to two drives, 2x M.2 SSD or 1x 2.5" HDD and 1x M.2 SSD. Supporting 2.5" HDD up to 1TB and M.2 2242 SSD up to 512GB. With your videos crashing, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements.
