Great unit for the price! Runs smoothly and quickly for the average everyday use for bills, emails, microsoft office, etc. Very user friendly! The display looks great to even though its not an OLED.

The laptop I purchased at Best Buy has completely exceeded my expectations. From day one, it has worked fast, smoothly, and quietly. The screen has excellent quality, perfect for working, studying, and enjoying content effortlessly. The battery lasts more than enough for the entire day, and the design is modern, lightweight, and very comfortable to carry around. I came into BestBuy a few weeks ago to look for a laptop for school purposes. One of the associates helped me by telling me about the ones he recommended and was very knowledgeable in computers. I decided to go with this Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 and so far it has not dissapointed me at all! Very good purchase.

So far its fantastic. Touchscreen feature is awesome. Honestly havent used it too much but i bought it specifically for djing and so far all the programs run spotless. Best buy retail associates were semi helpful. The first girl who interacted with me totally just blew me off cause she thought i was homeless. That was a bit disappointing and judgemental

For the price, its an amazing laptop with great performance, I would heavily recommend this for all users. I use it for college and it's able to store and process all my programs. I believe the only downside is the screen quality, but I would gladly sacrifice that for everything else.

This is a solid choice for my need. I'm loving the screen size - large enough for improved Zoom/movies - but it still fits in my briefcase & feels mobile when I need it. The speed and display fulfill my purposes - mostly meetings, writing, streaming. I appreciate the clean, sleek, steel grey appearance. The only thing I miss is a thumbprint ID option. Great online shopping experience with Best Buy - walked right into the store to pick up my prepaid laptop on a busy Saturday night.

This laptop was recommended to me by some that works in IT! Works very well for my needs. Love the sleek design and the size is perfect for me. I did not want one of those super large screens. I bought a case for it and it works for me for easy travel. Excellent computer and functions very well.

EXCELLENT product! WORST customer service experience ever! Item purchased was to be picked up at store. Tried to change/add pick up person. Tried to call store. Was told NO store has contact by phone. I was told to edit that info on line. After going through 5 screens in the edit process there was no way to edit pick up person name. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone and computer for a simple name change. I got ZER0 service. I will NEVER make another purchase with your store.

Very impressed with this laptop. It's the first Lenovo laptop. I like how lightweight it is, and the speed is more than adequate for my needs. I bought this to replace a desktop that was showing it's age, and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The sale price was the determining factor on my purchase.

Replacing my old laptop with this Lenovo Idea Pad is the best! Really easy to navigate and transfer data from old laptop for a senior citizen! I am very happy with the Lenovo and the price was within my budget.

Love it! The startup speed is excellent - processing times when running apps are great. I'm also loving how light-weight it feels, especially with having a larger screen.

LOVE LOVE my new laptop - I previously owned an HP and this by far is more than perfect for my needs. I'm not very tech savvy at 75 years young and a friend helped me set it up. VERY simple - I could have done it myself ! LOL I had the most wonderful lady help and guide me through what would best suit my needs as I am now fully retired from working at home since January. Very pleased with its performance and a great price point.

Good enough for routine Internet use. Quick response times with the use of a flash drive. Battery life starts out pretty good. Display is very good.
