The IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook allows users to scroll up and down using 2 fingers on the touchpad. You can scroll down by swiping 2 fingers upwards on the touchpad, to scroll up swipe downwards using 2 fingers. Your Chromebook is also compatible with many computer mouses on the market so if you would prefer you can always use a traditional mouse as well. I have linked the Best Buy website to make your search easier.

Good laptop but flimsy

Firstly, there are optional applications pre-installed within your IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook. These apps can be deleted easily by selecting the app with right click and choosing the uninstall option from the menu that appears.
To address your concern regarding the difficulty finding the info apps or files you need; Chromebooks include a Search Key making searching for files, settings, or apps easier. You can find this on your keyboard on the left-hand side that appears as a large colored-in circle. Finally, you can use the search bar to easily find what you are looking for.

Total Failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s not possible to review this item as both your shipping department and Bay Shore NY store failed spectacularly in getting this to my daughter for Christmas. Stalled somewhere in Pennsylvania and out of stock at my local Best Buy I was sent on a wild goose chase some 30 miles away only to be told that that particular store did not have my item in stock as well. Also was asked by the department manager if I had reached out to FedEx to see where my Christmas gift was? I didn’t recall purchasing the computer from FedEx. Lastly when it finally arrived on New Years Eve I had to return it as other arrangements were made, no apologies no offer of gift card or store credit for future use, just a hollow thank you.
