No complaints, impressed by the feel of it physically and it's been very fast and smooth online

14.1 Lenovo Chromebook

I found it a tad too small, I gave it to my Daughter for Christmas. She loves it for the Activities she does on it. Excellent purchase and easy to setup.

I would highly recommend getting Lenovo for a lot less money. I use it for school and its perfect not too big not too small.

My complaint is against using FedX when they have repeatedly been asked to leave packages on a side enclosed porch towards the back of our house. This package was left at a front door that has no protection from the elements.

She thought she got a new computer. The extended warranty from Best Buy helped me protect my purchase. I will always purchase a warranty for every purchase from now on; it is totally WORTH...

Very good introductory computer
