The laptop was easy to setup/use from the first day. It was a great value and has all the features my father-in-law will need. I like that it's lightweight so he can take it along when he travels.

I absolutely love this computer! I needed something quick and efficient and this one is just that! It is super light and durable. Also, I didn’t realize it was touch screen, which is definitely a bonus! This would be a great computer for someone in school or just needs a computer for the basics.

Got this for my fiance she uses it alot for her Facebook marketplace and she used it for her school too she made the best out of it for sure

I purchased this Chromebook for my mother as a Christmas gift. She is in her late 89's and is enjoying her gift. She said it's easy to use, light weight, and enjoys the touch screen feature.

Beautiful computer worked out as a great gift! Easy to operate, and with Google Docs and Chrome, this Lenovo Chromebook is less costly than an iPad and much more useful! The 14" touchscreen is a huge plus too.

Great quality product, excellent order process and shipping. All is well. Top died and I needed something quickly. I was able to order this one get it the next day and was back in business with a laptop for my trip. The reason I ordered this one is it’s light easy to pack and I was able to do a little bit of work. I needed to do while I was on my trip. I can always count on Best Buy. The Chromebook is a no frill computer, but it does the job and I appreciate that

Had a couple of weird issues early on, but a simple reboot took care of them. Other than that, this laptop is fast and has a bright, clear monitor. Just wish is also had an HDMI output jack.

I wanted to checkout Chromebooks as a MS alternative after getting burned when I was unable to upgrade several Win10 laptops. This device looked like a good way to get started. I've been pleasantly pleased by what I've found. The only downside has been that the processor is pretty easy to bog down, usually by opening a lot of busy web pages simultaneously. That aside, memory and storage are fine (especially with a NAS available at home) the display, keyboard, and touch pad are fine (but I did add a cheap Logitech Bluetooth mouse). Battery life is good so far. My biggest revelation so far is that while a Chromebook looks like a Windows laptop, it's really an Android tablet with a keyboard. So I'm setting this device up much like my Android tablet albeit with a bigger screen and a keyboard . For most computer tasks, this entry level device is just perfect. And at $170, this device is a steal.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook has several upgrades that are most useful. Not only is it light as a feather, I can hardly tell its even in my backpack which is most convenient when carrying other books, misc items between classes. The upgraded connectivity jumps up to Wi-Fi 6 from Wi-Fi 5. And with this new model the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 offers the option of larger memory with either 4 or 8 GB option. And the touchscreen option has the brightest screen at 300 nits, while the other two top out at 250 nits. Overall, great option if your in the market for a chromebook.

I needed to replace my current Chromebook as it was past it's AUE date. Given my use for a Chromebook, I was looking for an inexpensive but reliable unit, and so far I've been quite pleased with this Lenovo Slim 3. Amazing battery life, 1080p touchscreen, decent keypad and touch pad - it fit my needs perfectly. It does come with a new but entry level processor, but as long as you don't keep a large number of windows and tabs open (it'll lag a bit), you'll be good to go - especially if you pick one up at it's frequent sale price.

This computer works wonders, I use it for work. Battery is long lasting barely ever need to be on a charger. Touch screen is a plus.

very lightweight, easy to use, touchscreen is not as sensitive so you have to press what you want more than once most times, the color is exactly like the picture, don’t like that you need a 6 digit PIN number to login in, does show your fingerprints even at the slightest touch so you have to clean frequently, bought it for school and it’s been great use.
