Good processor and tools (internal memory expanded through an external USD that I had previously), smooth and fast processor, different devices connection, helpful copilot. Best buy staff very helpful as well, and the membership gave me the opportunity to different services and matches the price if this got drop down, So, I feel happy.
I would recommend this to a friendLenovo is the goat of PC manufacturers

I had heard online that in 2025 the best option for laptops is Lenovo. And this laptop has met its expectations. I ahve several high-memory programs and the amount of heating is reasonable. The keyboard is comfortable and the screen quality was also impresive. I almost went with a gaming laptop but I'm glad I didn't because I'm going to use this mainly for work.

My new computer

My last few were Dells. I must admit I don’t know much about computers, but I took my friend who is much more knowledgeable and she thought this would be a good computer for me and I did to seeing the price. I must’ve admit. I’m still learning about it, but it’s light weight doesn’t take up a lot of space it’s easy to use and at this point I would say I’m 100% satisfied.

Nice everyday laptop

The speakers are lacking volume and quality but are acceptable. Matte screen is touchscreen and is fine overall, even thought it could use one more notch of brightness in high light conditions. The offset trackpad takes some getting used to and is probably my biggest complaint. Battery life is awesome, and the unit has almost no heat.

Setting up: some prompts for set up did more than I wanted, Also copied files from computer almost 10 years older, and connected to my cell phone right away and difficulty undoing that.

Not Compatible With Many Peripherals
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer is plenty fast and quiet, however there is a glaring drawback that did not become apparent until after I purchased it. Since it has an ARM based processor, there are many peripherals that do not have compatible drivers, especially printers. I have 2 Brother printers, one of which would work in a limited capacity, the other would not even be recognized by Windows as a printer. There is no workaround for it and Brother has no plans to produce drivers for ARM based systems. This was a deal breaker for me and I had to return this laptop. I wish that Lenovo had been up-front with this information, instead of making me scour the internet for a solution that did not exist.

Many festures have not been further explored. Needed the basics ready to operate. The cost for the laptop was adequate, so far no complaints at all, very pleased.

Great entry level computer

Fast without the storage, but reliable for school
