Great mid budget laptop for general use

They aren't tech savvy and I assumed the touch screen would help. They loved the gift and it appears to be a great daily user for general purpose computing. The 16gb of ram will keep this computer running at optimal speeds without the need of IT support(me).

My last few were Dells. I must admit I don’t know much about computers, but I took my friend who is much more knowledgeable and she thought this would be a good computer for me and I did to seeing the price. I must’ve admit. I’m still learning about it, but it’s light weight doesn’t take up a lot of space it’s easy to use and at this point I would say I’m 100% satisfied.
