The keyboard is surprisingly nice. Very springy. It also has media keys which I appreciate. The Snapdragon X chugs along okay, and the display is fine.

The price was great and it's compact enough for easy travel. I am a 10 key person, so I love that feature available while still maintaining a smaller size. Plus, touch screen! Very happy with my purchase and it's been very easy to configure.

Good Product - Terrible Merchant.

After several trips to the Savannah, Ga location... and three separate laptop purchases and returns all within a week. I was sold this one. which is a decent enough laptop but the processor is not compatible with quickbooks the accounting software we use. What's worse is it worked for the 15 returnable days..and crashed on the 16th day. Most the issues I ran into with the several purchases made could have been completely avoided had the employees took the time to at least pretend they care...and/or listen to the customer's needs instead of treating us as a nuisance. I am an easy person to please. These people could not possibly care less about the customers they are paid to assist. The Geek Squad is just as bad if not worse. The phone operators didnt care either and the online chats were of no help as they take an hour to respond and once you leave the page to get info the chat closes... just an apology would have went a long way for me. Won't be returning to Best Buy.
