Setting up: some prompts for set up did more than I wanted, Also copied files from computer almost 10 years older, and connected to my cell phone right away and difficulty undoing that.

However, the laptop didn’t meet them. It wasn’t particularly fast, and the overall experience was average. The fingerprint sensor was a bit problematic, and the processor wasn’t blazing fast. The quality of the laptop was decent, but not exceptional for its price range.

Ridiculous and Unacceptable Product Issues

It is constantly freezing and malfunctioning. When I am in my Outlook E-mail app trying to send an e-mail, if a notification pops up or I have an incoming e-mail, Outlook changes from white to half white/black. Same thing happens with all other apps and websites, not just Outlook. This is my second Lenovo and the second time I have had to deal with this issue. This brand was "highly recommended" by Best Buy staff, but it will be the last time I listen to their opinion. I bought this Lenovo in October 2025 and started having issues after the window for returning had ended. Also, regardless of the setting on my mousepad speed/sensitivity, it most always takes multiple taps in various locations to get the mousepad to recognize my taps. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I will NOT buy another Lenovo product!!

Poor screen quality

I started getting a headache just from setting it up and checking email. Tried adjusting settings but nothing helped. I didn’t use it enough to rate other items. Requiring logging into Microsoft for set up is annoying. I’m not sure if that’s universal on Windows computers or if it’a just a Lenovo thing.

Blows through basic everyday tasks like web browsing, email, streaming, and Microsoft Office. Not sure why my local Best Buy did not have this item on display. Best bang for your buck.
