Pros: - Love the overall build, the hinge is a nice quality. - Keyboard is great, I prefer this keyboard to others in its class. - Good enough to check my e-mail when I am travelling, and to do basic internet tasks. - Very lightweight - Screen is beautiful Cons: - The touch screen breaks down quite frequently where I have to keep resetting its driver. - Slow boot time, often freezes at startup - 4GB RAM is very little and it shows, I regret purchasing this model for this reason. It freezes quite frequently if you use more than one basic program at once. - Terrible performance when you "close the lid" and put the tablet to sleep. It is clearly not optimised for this and most often it freezes on me. It often cannot be woken up or it freezes and you end up having to restart the entire thing. Overall, I would probably recommend people to seriously consider investing in a machine that is higher performance, at least maybe the 8gb variant of this laptop. It is worth the extra investment. I got this to take out of the country on an extended trip, and it worked for that purpose. But if I had the chance to return this in time, I would have. This is neither a reasonable substitute for my android tablet or my regular laptop. One task I hoped this would work with is to present powerpoints at work (mirrored on a large display) while on zoom call. The performance was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Pretty much severely limiting its usefulness in my daily life.

We are sorry to hear that the performance of this Lenovo IdeaPad Windows Duet 3i, model number 82AT00F2US, does not meet your computing needs. This IdeaPad Windows Duet 3i ships with the entry-level, 2-Core Intel Celeron N4020 Processor which is supported by 4GB Soldered DDR4-2400MHz RAM. The Operating System installed is the Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Version. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use and your workload. Lenovo

Came with Windows 11 S mode. Good that I took 128 GB storage as after the updates it showed only 70GB free. Except that the device is slow as expected due to the Celeron processor, everything looks good. It's sturdy and premium. The only problem I faced is that it didn't recognize SD card however, i got it fixed by rolling back those drivers to previous version in device manager. This is good for casual browsing, using office apps and other low intense tasks. The keyboard can be turned back completely as shown in the attached picture. In the description at one place it showed only one camera but it has two cameras.

Got the laptop open box on clearance price so i only paid about $135 and its well worth it for that price. Touchscreen doesnt work when i put the device on sleep and open it back up; it only works when turning on after a full shut down or restarting. Its pretty slow to load programs up but runs decent once program is opened. Used to have Chromebook before it broke and this Ideapad runs slower than my old cheap Chromebook. However, this Ideapad has a really nice design, size, and is lightweight. Really nice display. Battery is pretty good and works fine for my needs. I mainly use it for browsing, streaming Netflix, running my business i.e. Square/Google Sheets/etc, and creating designs on Canva. Overall, its a great device for the price i got it for!

Te item is esthetically beautiful, nice sober finish. A wonderful tactile keyboard, that wors separate brings a lot of convencience. Windows platform is great, although it's the S version it runs office. But the weakness is the processor, get slow with even basic notes on One note. Fantastic price, should be the price range for the category to create affordability

I wanted a small laptop for traveling. I have two others but carrying them everyday was a bit much. Love that this is both small (10"ish) and still relatively powerful. Was able to install Linux Mint so now it is a dual boot. Touch screen works flawlessly. Very light weight and easy to take with you. Keyboard is a bit compact as I have larger hands so typing is a bit challenging. Overall I couldn't be happier.

This tablet came in very handy, I took a trip to see relatives and needed something not to big. This was small and compact and if something happened I would have been crushed if I had taken a expensive laptop. It was super easy to configure and ran smooth as a large laptop. Of course I can't do all the things but worked for the price.

After much research on the surface, i went for this Lenovo instead. I'm glad I did. It has a very sleek design. The keyboard with built in mouse is great! I took it out of S mode pretty soon after using it. It runs fairly well. Sometimes i will notice a slow start up or when opening a program. But it works great for my needs. I use it for emails, browsing, and even downloading files. Battery life has been good too. Im very happy with this purchase. Very glad i went with this brand vs the other. I feel like i got a great laptop/tablet with a keyboard for a great price.

This model has N4020 Celeron, 4 GB RAM, 128 GB emmc drive, runs Windows 11 Home. Fast enough for general use on internet: email, Edge browser, web searches, reading news including papers, videos including YouTube. Office works fine, too. Enough storage for programs and files, but not huge picture or sound libraries, but can add microSD for more storage. Screen is clear with good text definition, adequate brightness and response. Two USB-C ports for peripherals and charging, exterior volume control button and sound output round out features on tablet. Comes with detachable keyboard. Overall a nice inexpensive portable device for reading the news, online chores, and light homework. Battery life 8+ hrs. Recommend buying a cover or case to protect edges and corners; seems durable but it's made of plastic. I also updated the bios at the Lenovo site.

Nice little tablet--small, light weight, great docking... but either the one I got was defective or the internal wi-fi adapter is just terrible in this tablet. I did a speed test on a network I typically get 70-100mbps with and this tablet only clocked in at 7mbps. I can't run any of the software I was planning to on this machine.

This Lenovo Windows Duet 3i, model number 82AT00F2US, ships with 2x2 802.11ac frequency WiFi built in, with transfer speeds up to the maximum data rate for 802.11ac 2x2 of 867 Mbps, when using a compatible 802.11ac router. If you are getting less than expected WiFi transfer speeds, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11, including those BIOS files and drivers controlling WiFi capability. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you receive a message that says there are no new updates available, you can directly update/reinstall the WiFi Driver within the Windows 11 Operating System on this Laptop. Here is a link to instructions for doing this:  https://allthings.how/how-to-install-or-update-windows-11-wifi-driver/#:~:text=In%20Settings%2C%20click%20on%20the,Download%20%26%20install'%20under%20it. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686 Lenovo

This is a well built and designed tablet especially for the price. It is however under powered. Mine also often freezes up when I start it and requires a reboot. Once it is up and running it is adequate for basic browsing and word processing but nothing beyond that. Also don't make the mistake of taking it out of S mode or it is incredibly slow.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the performance of your Lenovo IdeaPad Windows Duet 3i. Even if you have switched out of S-Mode for Windows 11 Home, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer:  https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo
