Common issue not being highlighted enough. Lenovo will not admit to defects and will not offer any solution other than to buy a new one directly from them. They have put this product on sale to probably get rid of inventory before more people notice.

Sometimes it works some times it does not. Have switched a couple of USB cables and no improvements.

No Ease of Desktop Use

The screen is cracked on one of them and not useable.. both were stored in the same place and same manor and i only used one. The other i had never plugged in and it was cracked. Unfortunately beyond best buy return and Lenovo will not help. Will be the very last lenovo product i purchase due to the service received from them
