Be sure that the USB-c port you are using on the computer that you are connecting this L15 USB-c Monitor to has video out capability. Some computers will have different format USB-c ports and not all have video out capability. This Lenovo L15 USB-c Portable Monitor uses USB Type-C 3.2 Gen1 (DP1.2 Alt Mode) connectivity. If the computer you are trying to connect this L15 Monitor to is compatible, the connection should be Plug and Play.
