The product description is missing some important information (this is 120hz screen). The website describes this is up to 144hz screen. Wrong information and miss leading the buying decision. Because the 144hz model has a much better display than the 120hz model. End up return the laptop even though it has great performance but the screen make a big difference.

Im easily able to play all the new AAA titles i want as I'm an avid gamer. Back-lit keyboard definitely a nice touch. I can also see this laptop meeting all my requirements for the next 5 years easily with just an extra storage ssd which it is capable of. Highly recommend this laptop to any entry level gamer as this is a super budget friendly option capable of keeping up with newer games as they come out while also being super portable and slim with a sleek design.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop, model number 82B500FVUS. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Legion Ultimate Support at: 888-278-9707.

One of the better laptops for it's price. Would recommend if looking for something to play games on. Haven't had any fps issues.

If you are seeing the message "Plugged In, Not Charging" when your Legion 5 15 is plugged in and you roll the cursor over the battery indicator icon, that means the battery charge level has reached 100 Percent and the computer has remained plugged in. The Battery Saver software within Windows 10 helps preserve the overall life of the internal battery by not over charging the battery once it reaches 100 percent charge. This software will let the battery drain to approximately 90 percent capacity then begin Trickle Charging the battery. If the system is under heavy use at this time, you will see the battery level continue to drop. Once the battery level reaches 80 percent it will begin charging back to 100 percent charge level, using normal charging levels. This is normal and is meant to help preserve the life span of the internal battery. If you continue to have questions about charging your Legion 5 15 we recommend you contact Legion Ultimate Support at: 888-278-9707.

As a 70-something grandma, traditionally I have a desktop for my Main Computer, but am finding I work well with the attributes of a laptop and most likely add the additional screen and keyboard and mouse to this one. I expect it will be great!
