Posted .We always recommend users to check the requirements and compatibility of the specific game you want to play (of the specific software you want to use). We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows Home 64-bit (Chrome, Android) operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop. This is a high performance Gamer's Laptop, but if is very customizable too. You can manually set your Power Management Settings either for maximum battery life or high performance, maximum power gaming within the Lenovo Legion Vantage Dashboard installed on this computer. There also is an easy keyboard shortcut. You can use Lenovo Smart Power to manually control fan and system performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan by undervolting the processor. This will have the fan running less often and at lower RPMs for a more quiet experience when you are using less power for browsing or streaming video. If you have questions about your Legion 5 15, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support at: 888-278-9707.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop, model number 82JW00BFUS. First, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11, especially the games you are trying to play. Additionally, there is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer:  https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If there is no incompatible software installed but the issues persist, now check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support for additional help at: 888-278-9707.

2 weeks, 2 hrs and counting
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So i ordered a new samsung cellular watch. Took 2 weeks formnthe release date to get it. Tried to activate it; verizon says its not in their system and they will need 2 weeks to get that straightened out. So samsung and other corporateers are rolling out more junk to pollute the environment with while cellular providers have no idea the junk is coming out. But i enjoyed the "is there anything else we can do for you" load of crap at the end of the 2.5 hrs evening while trying to activate the watch.

Geek Squat Errors
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Geek Squad apparently made significant errors when installing the additional eight gig of RAM I purchased along with the Legion laptop. The Legion performed so poorly that I returned it the next day and asked to exchange it for a new laptop. When I returned the Geek Squad gave me the original laptop back with the additional eight gig of RAM removed. I asked for a refund and received it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t expecting much when buying it in 2021 because I wasn’t familiar with gaming specs. Boy was I impressed. To this day the laptop runs beautifully and I’m able to run large games on it. It works like a dream and even my friends who built their pcs piece by piece are obsessed with it.
