Randomly the device would freeze for a span of 4-5 seconds then return to normal, this would happen often. This has been happening consistently now, even on a simple task like using a browser, the laptop would freeze for a little then would let me move the cursor after a moment then would freeze. I have tried reinstalling Windows 10-11 same issue every time. At this rate I wouldn't know what to do, I would like to find someone to exchange or replace this device as it is not functioning as normal even when doing simple tasks.

This model configuration ships with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti discrete GPU installed. You can use the MUX Switch within the Lenovo Legion Dashboard Power Managements Settings to switch between the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU and the integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 Version Graphics processing, integrated within the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Processor within the Legion 5 15. This will test the discrete GPU for any issues. Try using the Hybrid Power Mode. Also, check the requirements and compatibility of any software/games you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software/games you will need to use and your workload. Got this for a few days and it keeps crashing the game. PC didn't respond on the first day. Returning for another PC tomorrow.
