I got it for remote work when my old laptop failed. It also plays the games I want amazingly well. The only downside is that it only come with 8 gb ram. I'll be upgrading in the future.

The camera is terrible; low resolution and odd "graying" of images, even with optimized settings. This is great for someone who is a casual computer user (using it for basic Office functions, emails, social media and the occasional video). But if you are a creator, video producer, animator or video podcaster, go elsewhere. I would recommend to the average user; I would not recommend to media producers or gamers. Also, this computer is clunky and heavier than others. But the speakers are fantastic.

We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use. You can do this by visiting the software developers website, checking their system requirements and then comparing them to the specifications of this machine or the one you are interested in buying. If you are running into memory limitations this machine is user upgradeable to 32GB DDR4-2933 offering. In regards to the web cam Be sure to remove the clear plastic covering that is affixed to the lens of the webcam before use. This clear tape is very hard to see, but it is necessary to protect the webcam lens during shipment. Also, be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If you need additional support we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Legion Ultimate tech support at 888-278-9707

I ran into issues with fuzzed and poor display after waking the screen from sleep mode. IDK if that's a laptop problem or a Windows OS problem. For now it seems like updates have fixed it.
