It is built solidly and the open HD slot also fits an extra M.2, but not both. My only complaint is that the GTX 1660 Ti seems poorly supported by GeForce. I just play WoW, and I have not been able to get the graphics card to work with it correctly. Shadows and background flicker and I've tried just about everything to get them to stop. Sometimes I can set to use 'recommended' and it stops until I log in and out, and then I have to use 'recommended' again even though nothing changed.

The screen is just a tad washed out, so if you are REALLY picky, make note of that. It is nice and powerful, and does all I would like. However, after less than 6 months, the computer stopped charging unless the jack was in the EXACT right position. I got a new charger, and then another new charge, but to no avail. I'm now in the warranty repair process. They are sending a tech to my house, but because I live in the boonies, I've been waiting for a week now (no fault to the tech, who I talked on the phone with and is very nice). It's just frustrating.

The keyboard doesn't work!

The keyboard changes to its defaults using "fn" and the space bar just fine but i cannot customize the colors myself. I click a color and nothing happens, it should be changing to the color i am pressing but it won't change, it only stays the default color. Not looking like it's worth $1,000....
