The screen is beyond what I could have imagined - for brightness, and clarity! Battery life isn't all that great, but I knew that, going in. For me, if I want a long battery life, I use my ultrabook. Specs, on this machine, including the 240Hz panel, were very compelling, to me, in buying this. I don't regret stepping up to a 500nit panel. It's amazing! I believe the panel is manufactured by AU Optronics. That's what it said, in Device Manager, when I first got it, and checked it. But now, it just says Lenovo Monitor, sadly.

This computer is fine if you will be near a plug, or can tweak the BIOS settings. Otherwise, you better enjoy the 1 1/2 hours you get of gaming.
