    I've never encountered a device that looks so aesthetically appealing but has caused so many technical issues. I purchased this item based on a recommendation from a Best Buy representative, and I regret not taking the time to research it myself beforehand. For the past year, I've had to take it to the Geek Squad every few months because every time it updates, I lose functionality with the speakers and the fingerprint sensor, along with other features that initially made this device attractive. Unfortunately, the tech team has been unable to provide any concrete solutions, other than suggesting that I invest in a Best Buy membership for unlimited visits without additional fees. To make matters worse, I've never had a laptop that had to be plugged in constantly. I've noticed that disconnecting it from the charger leads to even more issues. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I'm really disappointed that the sales representative didn't inform me about these significant drawbacks and that I didn't discover how problematic this product was until it was too late to return it.

Regarding the heat produced, this Legion features an active cooling system, along with other components and software, enable the user to power through work without throttling due to heat produced. We recommend that the bottom of the device, where the air intake vents are, is clear of obstructions to increase air flow. Additionally, most Lenovo laptops have a feature called Smart Control, enabling the user to use the key command combination of Fn + Q to toggle between thermal/performance mode. In instances where you may use the device in your lap, we recommend switching to cool or quiet mode to help with the heat felt on the bottom of the machine. Also, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to maintain device health. Should your issue persist after these fixes, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.     Very nice! Considering I am migrating from a XPS13 (2015), the upgrade is huge. Even thougth its a different style, its quite a "compact" gamer notebook, beeing a 16" one. The footprint its almost exactly the size of the screen (the bezel is as thin as it was on the XPS13). The cons goes to the GIANT power brick that comes with it. The battery is "as expected" for this type of machine. There is no magic here. Special "thumbs up" to the Best Buy´s price match poiicy.
