Customers are saying
Customers frequently mention the Legion 7i's fantastic performance and solid build quality as major strengths. The keyboard and display also receive positive feedback, with many praising their features. However, some users point to less-than-ideal battery life and occasional heat generation as drawbacks. While some find the fan noise noticeable, others report it as manageable or even quiet under certain conditions.

DO NOT Purchase
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the worst gaming laptop I have ever owned. Network card is trash out the gate. Lenovo Vantage is horrible software. GPU spikes to max VRAM with nothing running constantly. Stay away from this laptop.

False advertising?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m wondering how they get away with calling a 14” computer a 16”? I thought it looked really small in the store. I got it home and measured it. It is only 14 “ why is that not false advertising? My old computer is an actual 16”.

Good laptop, tho...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop really pleased me with its appearance and great performance, both at work and in gaming activities. The only point that bothered me was the battery drop while playing, even with the charger connected. After a few hours of playing titles like Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption, the battery dropped from 100% to 93%. Note: I was using performance mode, I didn't test it in other modes

Awesome laptop but poor Open Box Excellent packagi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product is awesome and will recommend for anyone looking for a laptop with good processing speed for graphics, gaming, architectural works etc. My issue is with the Open Box Excellent that I purchased. I read somewhere on the net that Best Buy's Open Box has terrible packaging and believe me, it is indeed so. The box though was Lenovo Legion 7i original box and the carbon foam was original too but that's all. The laptop wasn't even in the plastic bag. The adapter was just bundle with the cord, all twisted and placed beside the laptop. Once you lift the box you'll hear the banging sound of the laptop against the adapter. I'm so disappointed in the so called "Geek Squad" The laptop too had slight scratch at the side and the bottom stands beneath was just plain old dirty. Fingerprints all over the top and part of the screen. Geek Squad do up your game. Other than these, the laptop is just fine.

Display is Glaringly Bad... Good Specs but no
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The display on the lenovo legion 7i 16" is absolutely terrible. I am genuinely shocked that the reviews are great for a display this poor at this price point. I use my laptop for gaming, photo + video editing and the latter would be impossible with this laptop, instant return. Was looking for something that was beautiful and didn't have to be embarrassed of at work while still having gaming specs and this definitely fit the bill! I found it quiet and the chassis is stunning with soft touch and fingerprint resistant feel.. Started my adobe suite products quickly and performance was good.. But I absolutely cannot get over how bad poor the display is.. colors are so off and over exposed.. Even with adjustments and apps the display was just... absolutely unusable for editing.. Battery life was unimpressive as well. Sadly going back. It's definitely overpriced for what it is at over $2k regular price as of 5.29.25

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really impressed with the look and feel of the Legion 7i. I like the responsiveness of the keyboard as well. Good Laptop — Be Aware of Realtek
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop is great overall, but around 3–4 weeks in, the Realtek adapter stopped working. I had to purchase a new Wi-Fi adapter on Amazon ($25-$50) and pay approximately $50 at Best Buy to have it replaced. I was a bit surprised to encounter an issue so soon, but after resolving it, the experience has been smooth.

Wrong name.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not the Legion Pro 7i gen 9; this is the Legion 7i gen 9; the pro version does not have a white option. Excellent machine, been waiting for it here since Lenovo has it out of stock.
