Did not receive this laptop because they couldn't fulfill my order. This of course was AFTER taking my payment a month earlier. Now on day 3 of waiting for my money back. A technology store should have inventory on their computers and KNOW they are selling a non-existing item! BAD SERVICE.

Purchased new. Keyboard faulty and malfunctioned it's 1st day of use. Returned item.

I had high hopes for the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, but it was a huge letdown. Within the first few days, I experienced multiple blue screen errors (BSOD) during basic use. No matter what I tried — updates, drivers, resets — the problem kept coming back. For a machine in this price range, this level of instability is unacceptable. I had to return it. Not recommended.

Does not have a single 2 tb hardrive has two single tb hardrives

Bought this model to replace a Lenovo IdeaPad that was rendered useless by the now infamous USB-C charging issue. Spent a day cloning the IdeaPad to this machine only to discover the new laptop only had 1TB as opposed to the 2TB as advertised. Returned and refunded. Don’t know who is to blame here, but I am avoiding both Lenovo and Best Buy in the future.

I’m only 10 days out of the return limit and they won’t let me. I HAVEN’T EVEN AET IT UP YET IT’S BRAND NEW. Terrible service.

I won't go into much because everything else about this laptop has already been said in other comments. Though I will focus on one extremely important aspect, quite possibly the most important of all. No laptop, regardless of specs, system stability, nor build quality, can be utilized appropriately unless it's heat output is counteracted by a sufficient cooling solution. I've had many high end laptops and some were better than others with heat dissipation, while others were downright horrible. Keeping these things cool is very difficult due to the high end chips being placed into such a confined area. With that said, the entire Legion lineup is outfitted with a series of robust cooling solutions (combined with a finely tuned and stable system) that do a remarkable job at keeping the temps down and the performance up. That was my main concern when buying another high end laptop and this one is REALLY good at not overheating regardless of what I am doing. I could go on an on about the combined effects of the multiple operations within the computer that allow the cooling to be so great but to keep things short, the Legion series takes first place in thermal management. The Legion 5i pro i9 13900hx 4070m is overall an amazing and stable mid-range machine that I would recommend to anybody. On a scale from 1 to 10 for mid range laptops, I would give this a solid 8/10. I have a few issues with it but they're inconsequential for my particular uses. One thing to note though is that it has AWFUL battery life and sub par speakers. This is why I rated 4/5 stars rather than 5. If they fixed that then it would be a near perfect mid range system.

Best laptop i have bought in thr last decade. Runs great, is fast, good storage, great visuals, and has e erything you nees to run games from today and the next years to come.

tried to buy one straight from lenovo during blackfriday due to it being the same price but having the better screen of a 240hz a week later i get told my order was cancled for no reason went to support and it took hours for them to just say no we cant help you and that they couldnt reinstate my order. Dont buy it if anything goes wrong Lenovo's customer support sucks.
