Great product, poor customer service (Vero Beach)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the laptop I purchased, but the poor customer service skills exhibited by the floor manager were deeply disheartening. I ordered online for in store pickup. The person on the phone assured me it was in stock and pulled/ready for pickup. When I arrived, they had pulled the wrong laptop and couldn't tell me if they had the right one in stock or not (had confirmed over the phone the previous night they had two in stock). The woman who was working the counter was wonderful...in fact extremely good at customer service. The manager she called to help resolve the problem was rude, condescending and didn't want to own the issue. His exact words "This is what happens when you order online. The online salespeople will tell you whatever you want to hear", and he stomped off abruptly. I'm sorry, but that is a Best Buy problem, not a "ME" problem. Lashing out at your customers rather than fixing your broken process is the opposite of what you should be doing. I'm empathetic...maybe just a bad day or going through some difficult "life stuff". But it doesn't help the bad feeling I was left with.

It's pretty quiet when I consistently watch movies, like a binge-watch. Battery life can be great, averaging around 5 hours off the charger when in use.

Open box. Worth the risk.

Was worth the chance to get a a good deal, but sadly it will have to be returned. Luckily Best Buy has a great return policy.
