    The laptop kept crashing after 5 minutes of any game i played but when it was working it was playing very well

    I bought this laptop as a replacement for my Dell G15 that I got in 2018. It has a great picture quality, and the specs are a huge upgrade for me.

    Constant crashes and it's what the employees talked me into as the best thing there. Doesn't matter what game i'm on, it will crash at some point. it's all over the internet. i've had this computer for maybe 2 to 3 weeks and it can't handle games from 10 years ago without a crash 30 minutes in.

    Nice laptop. I do wish I had chosen a larger screen size but that’s not a huge deal. I bought this as a gift for my 15 year old granddaughter.

    honestly, not the best. every time im on a game for at least 30 minutes-an hour, my laptop crashes. it’s unbelievable because i spent almost 2k just for it to crash on everygame i try to play. it also overheats very easily. its annoying and definitely going to have to take it back.
