Great Laptop, Busted Speaker

It is the best performing laptop I found. The keyboard and trackpad are great, and the display is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it arrived with the left speaker making a popping/crackling/static sound. Geek Squad tried to send it off for repair, but the parts needed were backordered with no expected date of resolution. I ended up returning the laptop since they were not sure if it could be fixed, and since the Black Friday sales were over, it was much more expensive.

Great Laptop

It runs super wel, rarely lags or freezes. Games are super high quality in tbis laptop. But my main use for this are 3D modeling programs like Rhino, Revit, and AutoCad which run with no issues. I can run all 3 at the same time with no repercussions. Graphics are amazing when playing games, especially single player games like Red Dead 2 and Starfield. I like how customizable the lighting features on this laptop are, it's fun to mess around with. Overall, great experience with this laptop.

Exceptional laptop with all the bells and whistles

I am extremely happy with my purchase. My son uses it for college, gaming, and for creative pursuits. It is exceptional.

Cooling system is top notch however - but have to run it higher than factory spec to be effective in keeping it long lived. Biggest negative is the full OLED Brightness on POST and in CMOS/BIOS menus - gives me a migraine staring at it - testament to the quality of the display in all irony. Easy to upgrade to 64GB (If your careful) but uses DDR5 6400Mhz (not cheap!) - extra NVME slot (waiting on part) - upgraded to Win 11 Pro. Hardware has a great layout in design terms. So far seems to be a solid build - and had little to no bloatware - legion software is pervasive however - but easily silenced. Sad I had to pick this laptop over a 3-4000 USD option (SAGER) that came with defects - from a custom build that actually has quality - speaks to Best Buy's luck in this case.

Powerhouse of a laptop

It did me well through some pretty strenuous circumstances, and played games up until this year, but with the 1000 series chipsets no longer receiving support and Clair Obscur releasing, it was time for an upgrade. And what an upgrade! With a NVIDIA 5080 and 32gb RAM, this bad boy runs AAA titles smooth as butter. My only complaint is that, with all this performance, the 1TB SSD feels a little cramped.
