Be Aware

My purchase shipped without the charger. Best's Buy only option is to return the entire computer and wait for a replacement (if it can be found). The computer is excellent, but I would highly advise avoiding trusting Best Buy's open-box policies if you actually need the device you are ordering.

Not a fan

Computer was bitlocked with windows update and could not factory reset through bios or terminal (key was never registered with windows.)
