This is my first computer, and fro. What ive seen in the last couple of months that ive had it its done well it does all that i need it to.

The LEGION Slim 5 gaming laptop does everything I need it to do as an occasional gamer. It boots up quickly and has worked flawlessly since day one.

One of the best gaming laptop. Display is crisp and keyboard is very responsive. There is no lag when playing game. It’s also a great laptop for productivity.overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

It runs everything I need it to very well, have had pretty much no technical issues, and it’s very clear on the performance and ability of each part through the legion software.

Good quality plastics, and pretty good screen brightness makes this gaming laptop a good option for those that want a mid range priced top tier performer.

The machine is great and I have no complaints with it. The condition over was great for it being a pre-owned item. My only negative was Best Buy did nothing to clean the item before putting it up for sale.

It's an excellent machine, I've been able to run all my games smoothly, run all my work (developer) tools with no problem. The only but is the battery, it longs around 2.5 hours. But other than that is a wonderful laptop for gaming and work

This laptop will get the job done no matter if you are gaming with it or using it for school. The only thing that I would change would be adding more storage.

Does everything I need and hasn’t had an issue. I can operate it on my lap with no overheating issues at all.

It is pretty much what you expect. Always do your own research before committing significant money towards something. Mine had factory issues and had to return it.

For an entry-level gaming laptop, this one is pretty good. I do wish the battery life was better and the charging brick was smaller. Other than that it has a great screen. Decent power and it's not too heavy.

I got an open box, lapotp seems good build quality, with good airflow although fans are a pretty loud if you don't use headphones. Speakers are pretty low budget but not the worst i've heard. Cable length is actually nice because I can for once leave the brick on the ground while the cable reaches to be able to play games while in bed if you wanted. Battery life could be better, haven't played a whole lot with it but battery life has only been lasting a few hours, i'm sure with some tweaking I could get it to last longer. I think this laptop should have came with the 90W battery instead of 80W. Screen is beautiful except for the color management. Colors are yellow tinted or dulled in my opinion by default. Most obviously bright red colors are very dull. Biggest complaint is that the panel serial number was NOT included. And when I tried to download x-rite to change the color profile to fix the dull/yellow tint it said the ICC profiles need to be installed but the installer could not do it. This panel serial number (not the laptop serial number) is needed to download ICC profiles if they aren't installed. And yes I tried to factory reset it to see if profiles would be there and it didn't work. Spent many hours researching with all previous workaround methods not working. Probably going to return for another another new laptop. If you got one with the display panel serial number or default had the correct ICC profiles installed then this probably would be very excellent for hybrid office/schoool/gaming use.
