Took a month of getting bounced around to find out no one will do diddly poo. Best Buy pushed me onto Levovo for resolution. Levono bounced me around to 10 different peoples, who mostly spoke poor English and I could barely understand. Very disappointed in Levono customer service. I have always been pleased with Besy Buy regarding technical resolutions in the past, but my last 2 experiences have been atrocious. Earlier this year I had an issue with a damaged laptop that was bought at Christmas time. Geek Squad sent out for repairs. Kept telling me parts on hold. After 2 months, they returned the laptop to me not repaired, claiming the could not get a part needed. Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from Lenovo
