It stopped working within the first month

I like it however mine has so many problems within the last month. My WiFi driver is corrupted and doesn’t show up, (doesn’t even give me the option to connect to wifi). I spoke with a Best Buy representative over the phone who was not able to fix it and suggests I take it in. I am bringing it in this weekend so hopefully it’s fixable. My works IT guy could not fix and recommends I return it.

Reinstalling and updating the driver for the WiFi-6 function may correct the issue you are having with Windows 11 not being able to see the WiFi-6 card. You can directly update/reinstall the WiFi Driver within the Windows 11 Operating System on this Laptop. iCue Software problematic and RGB errors

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer cannot be started up without a flood of rainbow colors across the keyboard. iCue software can only adjust the RGB after booting, so until that loads one is looking at rainbows - not very subtle. This software is also very resource intensive, so disabling it returns one to the rainbow colors and not to a steady single RGB color.
