Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Legion Slim 7's performance, build quality, portability, and keyboard. Many appreciate its compact size and lightweight design, along with the easy expandability options. However, some users point to battery life as needing improvement, and others mention that the device can get warm and the fans can be noisy. The computer is as good as advertised. It was overkill for what my daughter will use it for in college, but as a software developer I am think of grabbing one for mobile use. It has plenty of power and speed .

This laptop is quite poor. I opened a fresh brand new one, I downloaded some games and got ready to play. I Was incredible excited to play!! But once I got in a multiplayer game I started get very Frequent lag spikes but then I thought, "OH maybe since it is a new laptop I just have to download some updates" So after updating I went back in and still got the same amount of errors. So i thought to myself, "Thats weird" and I then checked the wifi signal and internet speed. The ping in games were from 75-275. I SHOULD have been getting around 10-15 ping, so now I knew there was a problem. I then contacted Lenovo and they remotely uninstalled and installed all the drivers and everything they could to help me problem. But after many hours of attempting to be fixed unfortunately it just wouldn't work. I then returned it with the intent of never picking one up again. Personally I don't think asking for a laptop that Connects to the internet should be a BIG ask. This is honestly quite unacceptable and ridiculous. you can't make a product which its main function doesn't work!!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the WiFi connection within your Lenovo Legion Slim 7 Gaming Laptop, model number 82K80083US. This model ships with the latest, WiF-6, wide-range/high speed WiFi capability - 2x2 802.11ax frequency WiFi. Resetting the computer back to original factory settings may correct this WiFi issue. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the USB-c ports on the right side of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

Worst investment for a gaming laptop

This was the worst investment I have ever made, I purchased this Lenovo Legion in less than a year at Best Buy in Miami Beach. I spent $1,600 for this laptop thinking it was going to be good for both gaming and performance for Adobe products, next thing you know it's all smudgy, the plastic doesn't come off, and the worst part of it is how heavy it is and the AC port got broken so easily due to the cheap components this laptop is made up after some over heat, this is the worst computer I have ever purchased, and I wished i would have remember the dude who sold to me as the best computer. I had to put the charger cable in a certain position, in a certain way so it could charge and it was taking forever, mind you I had lots of stuff such as lifetime graphic design projects and client projects like wtf, I would never recommend Lenovo Legion to anyone please, stay away, most garbage laptop ever.

I used this laptop for three months, but there were a lot of flaws in it. First, the back lights broke down, and secondly, the battery died after using the laptop for three months, the machine is very poor for this price
