Worked great for about a month & then started experiencing bad render latency issues . I have to clean install a new driver after every start up if I want to play without lagging . Idk if the gpu took a dump on me but it’s super tedious & unfortunate

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer, model number 90RB001PUS. Since the issue you are experiencing developed over time, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11, including the games you are playing. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

Probably just my bad luck, picked it up and returned on the same day. It was making beeping noise, it's on but nothing showed up on the screen, maybe something's wrong with the graphic card. Pretty disappointed

    Fantastic computer, bad internet connection

I’ve had this computer for 2 months now. It is a great budget pc that runs all my games at over 60fps. However, recently the wifi is very sporadic and will never connect higher than 50mbps download and 1mbps upload. Every other device in my household is over 200mbps download and over 25mbps upload. If this computer is able to be plugged directly in via Ethernet it is great. Otherwise look at other options. Lenovo please fix this, this is obviously a very common problem and something you shouldn’t be expecting from a large computer company.

Build your own and avoid the cheap crappy components used in this build. Realtek really? Will harvest the video card and processor and rebuild with a decent motherboard. This is like one of the joke Hewlett Pakkard pieces of crap from the past, designed with profit in mind.

Good lord, I haven't had this pc for even 24 hours and boot up takes 20 minutes, file explorer takes 5. The SSD barely has any space on it so installing games on it is a big no-go and bogs the whole machine down. My 10 year old computer ran faster than this overpriced piece of junk. At least the games LOOK nice. Hardly a consolation.

Purchased in september of 2021, computer would randomly restart. Kept it anyway figured it needed updates. Still randomly reboots, tried there support they did all there trouble shooting said it was a known issue with Nvidia cards and would be contacted when there was a resolution. I said fine, i swapped a known good rx 580 in did just the same. The power supplies they use are crap. I told the next tech about the card swap and was told I had no idea what i was talking about and would not get anymore help. I swapped power supplies low and behold it runs flawlessly now. Got this for our son for Christmas. He unwrapped it and realized what it was a gaming computer, this kid had tears in his eyes because he was so happy. Put everything together and he is so excited to turn it on. He pushed the power button on and nothing! The look of saddness on his face tore me up. Lenovo, how can you charge so much for junk? So disappointed! My son is upset, his sibblings playing with their gifts and his won’t power on. I just don’t understand why this company is letting this happen. Obviously there’s an issue with this computer not coming on, you would think they would have solved the problem. Don’t waste your money on this gaming comouter
