DO NOT BUY WILL BRICK ON YOU
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Will brick. Notice Lenovo doesn’t respond to any of the reviews saying the same thing. Best Buy knows this because when I went into geek squad the guy looked at my pc for 3 minutes and said they can’t do anything. You will need to get your motherboard replaced elsewhere. Best buy needs to remove these products.

Trust the 1 Stars - Motherboard will die
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PC is fine at first, but after a year or so, the motherboard will die. There is a huge thread about it on reddit, I suggest looking it up and NOT purchasing. You will need to eventually replace the motherboard with an entirely different model. Even getting it fixed/replaced by Lenovo wont help because the motherboards for this PC all potentially have the issue. Save yourself the frustration and go with a different company or build yourself.

Awful computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly recommend not getting this pc. When i got it at $1500 it worked great for the first 6 months, then lenovo did a bios update and this computer has not worked right since. I can no longer operate this pc. If you do get this pc, first and foremost replace the motherboard.

Don’t buy!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer has bricked on us twice. My husband bought this computer in oct of 2021 with 9 month it completely bricked and would kot go i to recovery. Sent it off for a warrenty repair and got it back working. Within 5 months same issue again. Now that its out of its 1 year warrenty we will have to pay for the repair. Avoid this model at all cost!!

Great for a bit....2 warranty repairs so far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for the first few months, but we are now sending it back into Lenovo for the second time for a suspected CPU issue. First time was a really fast turnaround. Hoping for the same this time. Outside of those obvious issues, when it works, it works great. I just hope that if someone else is considering this PC they get a better quality one than what we got.

DO NOT PURCHASE - WILL BRICK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ignore all of the 5 star reviews. This computer as well as all other Legion 5 Tower Series will brick between 4 - 16 months. There are dozens on dozens of posts on their Forums and Lenovo are NOT ANSWERING unless you have a Warranty. Stay away from this product at all costs - I'm also contacting Best Buy to have these products removed.
