Customer support offered a replacement and shipped it. Two days later apparently it was cancelled due to what customer support is now calling a "system glitch" and no one even bothered to email me. Now customer support is saying they can't ship me a replacement because it would be my "second replacement" even though they cancelled the first replacement before it ever even shipped. Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere other than best buy, I know I will be from now on.

This computer goes above and beyond. Super quiet, takes high graphics and lots of mods like an absolute champ. I havent had a moment of freezing or anything like that on it, and I've used it everyday for about 2 months now. The mouse and keyboard with it are really good condition too. Also it took me a whule to figure out but you can vhange the rgb settings for the PC with the little button on the back.

Well, I have a few doubts. Overall, it performs well although, at times, the nvme drive lags a bit. Its customer service probably is the worst in the industry. The service reps say what you want to hear yet zero follow ups afterwards.
