    Fame runs super smooth, and very happy when it runs. 2 stars is for the problem I cannot seem to get help with. Often the fans in the tower will start running at a high speed and the screen will go black with the no connection message. This can happen at any time and the game does not have to be running. I have gotten very unhelpful service from Levano in regards to this, and according to my best buy squad anything they will do will void the manufacturer warranty.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance. Please share details with them on the troubleshooting steps you've taken, and advocate for next steps in resolution.

    I had bought 2 of these the graphics card wasn’t working on the second one on purchase. The second one’s power supply died out after 6 months. But it was great during those 6 months.

    So , I grabbed this PC as an upgrade to my older one . I was worried about the Memory issue running at 4400 .. Anyway the good news to report is the Bios has been obviously updated! I was easily able to purchase Corsair Vengeance 32gb that runs at 6000.. I installed before even booting the new PC up , Site enough all worked fine until I checked task manager, they were running at 4400 so, I crossed my fingers and headed into the BIOS , Well it was easy ! All I did was choose the XMP 1 profile , saved it and rebooted , Sure enough Memory is running fine at 6000 ! Awesome ! As for the PC it's fantastic! Super quiet , the 4070 super is a beast and I'm running Iracing in races at 140 FPS with many settings on high ! Super happy ! And also happy with the I7 1400F a match made in heaven IMO this thing is a great deal for the sale price right now ! I love it ! Glad I grabbed it for sure !

    Literally the PSU or the GPU fan rattles and it is LOUD even when I'm on google chrome (bearable? thats like barely somthing) and LITERALLY WHEN I CONTACT LENOVO they literally JUST DIRECT ME TO 5 DIFFERENT CALLS. I'm hoping this is just a issue from a defection but PLS BEST BUY.

    The machine died after a couple of months of use and was horrible to diagnose. Lenovo has the worst customer service and manufacturing warranty. Buyer beware of this brand. Lenovo is the worst company for customer service.

    Decent pre built

    I typically would build my own but I got this on a really good sale. I decided I would swap out the stock cpu cooler for a nice aio water cooler and after removing the stock cooler i found that the screws to my aio were too large so I needed to swap out the backplate. Took the side panel off to find out there is no cut out to access this! So I went through the trouble of completely taking my pc apart and removing the motherboard so that I could swap out the backplate. Ran into another issue: the backplate is glued on to the motherboard!! I had to heat up the glue and pry the stock plate off in order to replace it. Finally I have my new aio cooler installed! But yet, another issue. This motherboard doesnt have a single usb 2.0 header on it! Only 1 usb 3.0. So ive got my new aio installed but no display on the cpu block and have to order a couple adaptors to rig it up. Long story short, this pc is great if you dont plan on upgrading it and I wish i knew this before i purchased. I get its a pre built system and most people buying a pre built arent looking to tinker with their computers but for those that do, fore warning. Performance is outstanding also i should add.
