I had to reinstall that software as there was a missing file tied to it. I will not be renewing that crap and it's disappointing it can not be removed.

Then on Christmas my kids go to play on their each over $1000 gaming computer that when i purchased them it showed additional game pass on both computers in my cart. Apparently you can't purchase anything together( more than 1) if you want the free promotions. I only received 1 code that can't be used on both computers. I sat on chat with 5 different people just to have the tell me to call and they can reprocess the order to make it 2 orders to get 2 codes. So, then i called got transfered to 3 different people again and in the end Sharon said that she could not reprocess the order again to get me the 2nd codes.. I will never do business with best buy again. Now on Christmas i have 1 kid that can play games and that can not.
