So I am not in to gaming but I do use it for PS, Light room and Illustrator so far so good have not tried other adobe programs as of yet, Battery life is fair but should have a 4 cell. Overall I am happy with this purchase at this time

i love this gaming laptop, i love the fact that it has 16 GB ram and 1 TB SSD not many computers they sell nowadays has that and not be a gaming laptop but this one is and for the money that i paid for it, it is worth buying

Overall the graphics, size of the display and network connectivity is not bad. However, battery life, heating issues, the charging port and the laptop's charger itself have been problematic consistently. At this point the laptop has been owned for a year but due to the charger having to be replaced not 1 but 2 times since being purchased it has only gotten to be used for almost 5 of these 12 months. This is because of the charger type and wattage required to charge the battery is not sold in-store in Alaska and each charger has taken 24-41 days to arrive after being purchased on top of them costing nearly $200 each. Also, claims attempts on the chargers under their warranty as well as the laptop were very abruptly denied without hesitation even as far back as the first attempt which was on the 63rd day following the purchase date. The poor performance of the the laptop, it's charger and the lack of assistance and integrity revolving around the brand and customer service from the retailer has proven to be the worst experience in nearly every sense that I've had to endure in many ways. Just thinking about replacing the laptop, which needs to be done so very badly, is excessively stressful.

Battery will never charge to 100% only to 90%. Fan kicks on every 20-30 minutes. Not used for gaming at all. Bought in hurry for remote access for Covid-19. Use for internet only. Have turned or removed what I could to reduce background programs. Do not like the location of 10 key. Others keys below it. Unplugged it goes down to 30% within 1 1/2 hrs.

This is a great gaming computer. It doesn’t overheat, graphics are great. The only complaint is the camera location being at the bottom.

Lenovo has nailed the middle ground gaming laptop for a middle ground price. Although 1,349.99 might seem high, if you are looking to enter the gaming laptop world, the specs this machine have are well worth the price. Especially if you are one who appreciates the 17.3" 144hz screen. I have had Lenovo ThinkPads since they came out, this is a company that does not skimp in quality and will bend over backward to make sure you have a positive experience. If this is in your budget or near it, this laptop is the best on the market at this price margin in my opinion.

I love everything about this initially, only exception was the large power adapter, but then I decided not to care because of the great performance.

It was nice not needing to remove MacAfee or any BS built in app. I had the laptop for about 30 days. For an unknown reason it stopped charging. The time I had with it the laptop did everything I asked of it. When I pushed it with the lights on the laptop did get a little hot. If I had the money for the warranty I would get this laptop again. Sadly I don't so I must find some cheaper. Because the 4 laptops I got from Best Buy each had a problem. I feel a extended warranty is needed for ANY PC from Best buy. I hope number 5 works out.

Great pc, but in the start I couldn't run payday, but now I can run any game with at least around 60 fps on high settings.

I needed a laptop for Premier and this laptop is great. Minimal if any buffering from videos and this thing is super quiet compared to other laptops I've used, recently had a TUF Asus gaming laptop. Overall very happy with my purchase. Bought this as an open-box excellent condition item and not regretting my decision.

Performance is excellent. I like that the display is not glossy. The only thing I would change is the placement of the web cam.

The laptop was more than expected, solid feel, texture and performance is awsome. I BOUGHT THE 1660TI VERSION with 144mhz screen. There wasnt any bloatware installed and setup was quick. Love it!

The high def display is terrific. For a couple hundred dollars more, it included better memory, processor, graphics card and storage. I would have liked a touch screen and a CD/RW drive.

I haven't had any issues. The sound is very good. Graphics are strong. Battery life has held up nicely. No issues so far with any gaming. I would recommend.

everything inside this thing makes it definitely worth it for a good gaming laptop. runs everything amazingly with no issues

I bought this computer a couple months ago. It's very fast and I've had no problems. I plan on buying another one.

It seems like a good laptop, but I wish I'd known what the keyboard was like before buying it. The keys are arranged and function very strangely in comparison to other full-sized keyboards, especially the number pad. I use Microsoft Excel a lot, and it's been a real struggle adjusting to this new layout. I'm debating returning it for something else, but I don't know what other laptop I could afford that has a 1 TB SSD hard drive. I have a lot of media, so I need the space.

It would be a five star review except the battery doesn’t last longer than 45 minutes when gaming on it.

The computer has great loading speed and is super fast some minor issues when it comes to over heating but not to bad. Can run Photoshop and WoW at the same time.

This is a very nice computer. It's fast and not bloated with a ton of junkware typical of Dell and HP laptops. Very happy with this PC and would highly recommend.
