Very happy with the salespeople there (friendly, knowledgeable and helpful), and the Geek Squad technicians (friendly, competent and helpful). The Lenovo gaming laptop I most recently purchased is an excellent product. Very satisfied with it.

Other than when I picked up a juicer I purchased the girl didn’t give me the option to have it received through my car window. I understand precautions taken due to the pandemic but she made me feel like I had Corona virus she stood a good distance and instructed me to open the trunk. I guess it’s to be expected right now

I work for a literacy mission and the person for whom I purchased this does our book creation and picture detailing. This laptop was perfect for her during this pandemic crisis, because she can take it back-and-forth from work to home and continue working in either environment. It is fast, it is good for the graphics that she does, and she is totally in love with it.

Love how cables connect to the rear.Would love for a 17.3 inch version with faster refresh rate and better vid card be made available.Not a fan of the slim laptops. I like this version better. Not that thick anyway Laptop temps stay good. But buy a cooling pad because you can feel the keys getting warm.

Blown away by the speed of this Lenovo the battery life is great as well, I like the back lit key board as I use it while on the couch watching TV. The speakers could be better but are more than enough for the task i perform. Definitely a great product for the money.
